The entire globe appears to depend on the wheel of telecommunication to make progress. Naturally anything that dictates the pace of development requires equally good and effective regulatory structure to ensure fairness and equity. Economic transactions today rely very much on efficient telecommunication. The essence of this journal is to assess through contributions of stakeholders the laws and practice of the telecommunication industry.
