The recent upsurge in real property sector of developers who enter into different types of agreements with property owners for development and financing on one hand and the other group of property developers/mortgage financiers whose business is more or less about credit sale of properties have necessitated the birth of a forum for research and discourse of the legal implications of such development and how unsuspecting buyer could make the right decision.
