Does Sale of Property by MortgageThrough a Property Development Organisation Require the Caution of Caveat Emptor?

With the country striving for housing for all in the year 2020 or thereabout and the compelling need for people to provide for their pressing accommodation needs several organisations are established by the day with the object of building houses for sale through mortgage financing and acquring expanse of land for sale to individuals who are interested in estate development under the coordination of professional building organisations. The type of contract entered into by these estate development organisations and the interested individuals appear to leave room for all sorts of exploitation. Will the defence of caveat emptor be relevant in such contract? Can we share from your wealth of knowledge.
