Well,from the judicial perspective,the split judgement of the Supreme Court in which 4 Justices upheld the presidential election and 3 annuled it,shows that the "election" is of doubtfull legitimacy.lf the election was eminently fair and credible,facts presented before the Court would not have torn the Apex Court apart ALMOST in the middle.

ln any event the majority judgement regarding ATIKU is logically shallow,intellectually lacklustre and jurisprudentially most uninspiring;the dissenting judgement evinces better and indepth legal reasoning on the

issue whether Atiku LEGALLY participated in an "election" which the POWERS that BE did not allow him to prepare for by way of CAMPAIGN.lf election is about ideas,how can one participate in it unless he has opportunity to share his ideas with the people.SURELY,Obama could not have won the American presidential election if he had no opportunity to demonstrate his mental prowess during the campaigns.
